TLH Development was created in August of 2018 to fill a gap in coverage about change in our City. The platform is part blog and part newsletter, intended to track development in every facet, everything from real estate that is sold, dirt that gets turned, and the buildings that already stand.
The site was created by Matthew Latch, a transplant by way of South Florida, and a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Social Sciences and Public Policy. In his spare time, the author is kept busy running a small-sized real estate management firm and staying apprised of local politics.
