Lake Bradford Rd. Drainage Improvements Underway
WTXL brings us a report on the substantial drainage improvements both completed and underway by the City of Tallahassee along Lake Bradford Road. These stormwater mitigation projects are unrelated to a bevy of improvements planned for the corridor per recently finalized Blueprint 2020 plans.

Developers Seek to Demolish 133 N Monroe
Originally, this was intended to be a blurb about a partial demolition and renovation, but plans have changed. 133 N Monroe is is the type of development that every modern, burgeoning city would like to have downtown right now. The site is an odd double-lot parcel with three historic, mixed-use buildings. The prominent corner building is about a hundred years old. It has sat in the dead center of our city for nearly a century. These buildings are iconic and they are integral to our identity as a city. They are worthy of being saved. It is nothing less than a dereliction of our responsibilities that they won't be.

No Project Too Gilded
You might never know about the sheer amount of maneuvering that goes into renovating a Golden Corral. Thankfully, TLH Developmentexists to ensure you do. Golden Corral is planning a 25-year outlook remodel for its current location at 1630 N Monroe. Thanks for the gesture of good faith, GC.

West Tennessee Street Self-Storage Facility
Developers are intending to bring a new self-storage facility to 2572 West Tennessee. Cameo Development, based in Gainesville, is proposing a three story 27,000 SF building with climate control. The development will also include 4 bicycle parking stalls.

Haven Apartments on West Pensacola
Student Housing Solutions is proposing a new student apartment complex at 1701 West Pensacola. Plans call for the construction of a 5 story apartment building and a parking garage, which will bring a total of 702 bedrooms to the market.
